No. There is no transaction fee on bookings — not on card, not on transfer, not on bookings that come through the Tenant Marketplace. You pay for the plan and nothing per booking.

Anyone who takes appointments: a therapist, a barber, an instructor. Reception staff and owners who do not take bookings themselves do not count. Solo covers up to three people.

Quarterly, as a minimum. Three months are collected when you sign and every quarter after that. There are no monthly plans. Yearly is available as an upsell at two months free.

Growth plans are priced per location, so a second branch is a second location on the same plan. From five locations Enterprise works out cheaper, and it adds cross-branch reporting, role permissions and the audit log. A location you add is billed from the next cycle, and we tell you before anything goes up.

It carries across. A deposit belongs to the appointment rather than the slot, so nobody has to remember who paid what.

Any time, in both directions. The change takes effect at your next quarterly cycle.
